CANCELLATIONS within a twenty-four hour (24-hour) period prior to your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% of total service fee. Should your hair replacement system EVER need service between your scheduled appointments, or if you do not have an appointment, we will gladly accomodate your needs and provide quality, timely services to your specifications requirements. We are here to ensure you ALWAYS look your best and feel your best. Please contact our office at (415) 421-4247 and leave a message on our 24-hour service. We will contact you to schedule an emergency appointment time before the beginning of the very next day, or within a reasonable 12-hour period. Our POLICY regarding emergency sessions require us to assess an additional 25% fee. |
